September 7th: Free live concert to celebrate 10th debut anniversary

[About product reservations]
Cash and credit cards (VISA/MASTER/AMERICAN EXPRESS one-time payments only) will be accepted at the special cash register on the day.
Please note that various point cards, gift certificates, electronic money, coupons, etc. cannot be used.
Please note that depending on the communication conditions, credit card payments may not be available. In that case, we will only accept cash payments. Thank you for your understanding.

[Venue/Schedule]
・The reservation start time may change. In some cases, sales may end before the event starts.
- The end time of sales will depend on the progress of the event and the level of congestion, and will be announced at the venue on the day of the event.
・Please note that even if you are in line, you may not be able to purchase the product.
- Waiting at the venue or surrounding area from late at night is strictly prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to the facility and local residents.

-If we discover any malicious behavior that causes inconvenience to other customers or staff, we will refuse that customer participation in all future events. Please note this in advance.

[About reservations]
・Reservations can be made from your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models).
・Your mobile phone number and email address are required to register for a reservation.
Emails will be sent from the domain "towerrecords.co.jp", so please check the settings on your device in advance to ensure that you can receive emails.
・The process from reservation registration to payment
① Scan the QR code displayed at the reservation venue using your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models).
②Click the "Create a blank email" button on the screen that appears, check the sender address, and then send the blank email.
③When you receive the "Reservation Registration Information" email, please access the reservation registration screen using the URL in the body of the email.
④ Choose to receive your item at the TOWERmini DiverCity Tokyo Plaza store or have it delivered to your home (additional shipping fee of 900 yen).
⑤Select the item you wish to reserve, check the quantity, benefits, and notes, and then register the reservation details.
⑥Once your reservation registration is complete, an OR code for payment will be displayed. Please present this QR code at the cash register at the venue.
⑦After confirming your reservation details and making payment, we will give you the bonus according to the product.
⑧After completing the payment, you will receive an email to your registered email address titled "[※Do not discard] Payment completed/Instructions on how to receive your item."
*The "Payment Complete/Receive Instructions" email is necessary for in-store pickup and delivery status inquiries, so

[About receiving your order]
You can choose from the following methods to receive your product:
Store pickup: TOWERmini DiverCity Tokyo Plaza store (store cannot be specified)
Home delivery: Delivery fee 900 yen (We do not ship to hotels or overseas addresses.)
*We cannot accept changes to the receipt method after payment has been completed.
- Products can be picked up at the store from the evening onwards on the day before the release date.
・When receiving the product, open the order information URL in the "Payment Complete/Receipt Instructions" email and
